Scott Hayes
Sales Agent
After 20 years in the marine industry Scott jumped ship and joined Century 21 Daniel and Associates in Benton Ark 1996.
That firm expanded into a second location in Bryant Ark in 1998 and became Century 21 New Beginnings.
During that time period Scott and a partner ventured into property development by buying an un-built phase of an existing subdivision and created a 34-lot oasis know as Ashley’s Place. This created an opportunity from Scott to morph from real estate agent to developer to homebuilder
and over the next three years Scott built and sold 20 of the 34 homes in that subdivision.
For personal reasons Scott left the Benton/Bryant area and relocated to Conway Ark Jan 19th 2000. That night and the next morning central Arkansas received 16” of snow and so the adventure began.
Scott joined a small but prominent real estate firm named Tom Watson Real Estate and spent a year digging his heels into the Conway market. In late 2021 that firm imploded opening the door to search out other opportunities which Scott (and several members of the previous company) joined Prudential Hawks Realty and prior to the national firms coming to Central Arkansas this was the premier Conway area firm.
The building bug hadn’t given up and this time it bit Scott.
In 2003 Scott began building again and had spec houses in several Conway and Vilonia subdivisions as well as several custom homes in Little Rock, Jacksonville and at Greer’s Ferry Lake. But as history has proven out many times “nothing lasts forever” and in 2007 when the bubble burst Scott’s building career came to an end. January 2nd 2008 Scott joined a gas well service company, Oil States International as a flowback technician leaving the real estate business in his wake.
As 2014 rolled around the natural gas fervor in central Arkansas was waning and the real estate industry had found a new normal. Scott jumped back in and joined Crye-Leike Realtors Conway and fell right back into his old groove.
During 2015 Scott unearthed an opportunity to provide office space for a healthcare company so Scott and a partner built a 5000 sq-ft office building in downtown Conway where that company still operates from today.
Following several life altering events from 2019 to 2025 Scott felt like his tenure with Crye-Leike had run it’s course so in June of 2026 Scott joined MVP Real Estate.
