Principal Broker

Misty is the co-owner and Principal Broker of MVP Real Estate. Together with her husband, Josh, they opened MVP’s doors in April of 2022. Five years as being a Sales Agent for a family owned company led to the desire to learn more, and take on the Principal Broker position. Real Estate has become a true passion. Misty loves matching clients with their dream homes, along with helping Sellers get the most from selling their home. Detail oriented, hard working, and going above and beyond describes Misty’s work ethic. Winning the Diamond Level Award in 2021 for selling $9 Million in real estate was a highlight for her. In addition to being a Realtor, Misty is also a Certified RamseyPro ELP Realtor. Misty and Josh paid off over $74,000 worth of debt through Dave Ramsey’s program in 2021, so she wanted to help others do the same. She took the classes needed to become an ELP, and she’s been Ramsey Pro Certified since October 2021. Misty and Josh are currently on Baby Steps 4, 5, & 6 of the Ramsey Program! They are very much looking forward to Baby Step 7 so they can “give like no one else!” In her past life, Misty was a school teacher at Greenbrier Elementary, and before that, a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer. She has lived in the area her entire life. She loves Jesus, her family, her friends, and her church dearly. She has two daughters, Chasity and Kaia. Misty and Josh have found another passion in CrossFit, and enjoying their time with their gym family as well. Misty looks forward to helping you buy or sell your next home!
